Welcome to BABY SIGNS NEW ZEALAND website and thank you for taking the time to read these website terms and conditions which apply with respect to your use of our website and our products and services. RETURNS POLICY
Our “No Worries” returns policy. You may return any faulty goods at our cost within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us contact@babysigns.co.nz to make relevant arrangements. You may return any goods that you have changed your mind about, at your cost, as long as the goods are unopened and the packaging is still in resaleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. You may request a refund, exchange or gift voucher.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited back to the account that the payment was made from. In the case of cheques the refund will be sent to the PURCHASER by way of cheque.
WORKSHOP & CLASSES CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Independent Certified Instructors determine their own cancellation policy. Please contact your local ICI for information regarding their policies. ICIs have been advised by Baby Signs New Zealand that a full refund be provided to a participant if the Independent Certified Instructor has been contacted 48 hours prior to commencement of class/workshop.
They have also been advised that no refund be given if the Independent Certified Instructor has not been notified 48 hours prior to commencement of the class/workshop, and that it will be the responsibility of the participant to arrange pick up or postage with the Independent Certified Instructor for either the Parent Kit or the Sign, Say & Play™ Kit.
In special circumstances, where it was beyond the control of the participant to attend the class or workshop, Independent Certified Instructor have been asked to use their discretion as to whether they will provide a full refund or provide space for the participant in the next Parent Workshop or Sign, Say & Play™ class.
PRIVACY
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by Paypal www.paypal.com, using secure encryption.
DELIVERY TIMES
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 4 days for delivery.
